JustTellBob, Inc. is a Delaware corporation that operates JustTellBob, a personal assistant called Bob. Bob is a private prototype, tested free of charge with a small number of people. Bob is AI-powered: your messages are processed by artificial intelligence to understand and carry out what you ask. Contact: nate.t.white@gmail.com.
Each Bob serves one consenting person, with their own private account. Nobody can sign you up, and no household member or other account holder can consent or act on your behalf. Other users do not gain access to your information merely because they know you. Sharing with another person requires the applicable permission.
We collect what is needed to run your Bob: your phone number; the messages you send to Bob and Bob's replies; what you ask Bob to remember, including details about other people in your life that you choose to share; reminders you set; documents or notices you send Bob; and consent records showing when you agreed to messages, the disclosure you were shown, and your reply.
We use your information to operate your Bob and to keep the service working. We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information for advertising. We do not use your messages to train AI models. Mobile phone numbers and text-messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Operating service providers process information to run Bob, only for that purpose:
We do not share information with any other third parties except where the law requires it.
Purpose: Bob's messages answer what you ask, deliver reminders you set and follow up on your own requests. Never promotional content. Never third-party marketing.
Opt-in: you start by texting Bob yourself; testers receive Bob's number directly from us. Bob's first reply says it is an AI assistant from JustTellBob, that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply and that you can reply STOP at any time, and asks you to reply YES. Bob begins helping you only after you reply YES. We record the disclosure you were shown, your reply and the time. If you do not reply YES, Bob sends at most two short follow-ups and then stops.
Frequency: varies with how you use Bob. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Bob is for adults. If you tell Bob about your children, for example their school dates, Bob keeps that information as part of your own account. We do not collect information directly from children. We keep children's information to what you choose to share.
We keep your information while your account is active, so Bob can help you. You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing nate.t.white@gmail.com.
To request access to, a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your information, email nate.t.white@gmail.com. These requests are handled by a person at JustTellBob, Inc., not automatically. We will respond within 30 days and tell you what was done. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. The service runs on access-controlled hosting. Incoming messages are checked for a valid message-provider signature and rejected without one. Secrets are kept in managed environment settings, not in application code.
